Amazing Grace

We are experiencing 'Amazing Grace' with each new endeavor. The choir has already become a cohesive group and sounds very professional - strong, good blend and balance. Phil, Dave and Todd are pushing them hard and getting extraordinary results The kids are relating very well with each other and having fun in and out of rehearsals, as the pictures below will demonstrate. They are starting to realize the potential they have to change and be changed by this experience. It's exciting to watch the transformation.

Limbering up for a long rehearsal, as we integrate our 19 German friends.

A visitor from the Saxon-Anhalt State government interested in what we're up to. They support youth events like ours with funding.

Todd conducting.

Luther's family lived in Mansfeld. This is the church they attended.

We go shopping.

Mansfeld from the castle.

Our little castle dog, Goliath!

A view from the castle wall.

A chess game on the grounds.

The weather is turning to sunny and warm, which also raises the spirits. Lots more to come in the next days.....the beat goes on.
